TRADE DINNERS IN UK & IRELAND

We all know its becoming more and more difficult to get Tour Operator meetings in the diary, with TO's either "too busy" or increasingly they work from home. So can we tempt them out by offering a lovely meal and a lively informal atmosphere?

Over the coming months, I plan to host a series of informal dinners across the UK & Ireland. And between courses, you can give a 10-12 minute presentation about your properties!

YOUR PARTICIPATION IS FREE!

You simply pay for your own meal, plus contribute the same amount to pay for the dinner of one of our esteemed guests. So for about £120 you get to eat AND the opportunity to present and network with 4-6 tour operators!

LOCATIONS & VENUES

After much thought, I've selected four far less visited locations, which offer great potential. We'll select convenient restaurants with accommodation options nearby.

EXETER - EDINBURGH - BELFAST - DUBLIN

What If there are only a small number of tour operators in each location? Then we simply invite more people from each company or perhaps include relevant travel agents (especially if the TO sells to TAs!)

BTW, I removed Cheltenham and Chester from the list as I feel we all visit those area on a regular basis AND we're off there in October with the Roadshow. Belfast and Dublin should be on following days (allowing you to take the lovely train journey between the two!)

DATES

These are up for discussion on Thursday 9th May at 10.30am

Join our Zoom meeting to agree our calendar so come armed with your diary.

RECRUITMENT

Whilst I will send out the relevant invites, it's also in your interest to make contact with tour operators in the relevant areas to encourage their participation.
