We will travel in our fully equipped safari truck to reach remote landscapes few have ever experienced. This pioneering overland journey is a true celebration of nature, culture, and adventure. Camp under the stars with the occasional lodge stay, guided throughout by two experienced Drifters guides.

Ends    : Lubango (we can assist with a discounted rate for the Lubango-Luanda Flight)

Cost     : EUR 1000 participation fee per person only

Stay     : on a sharing basis (limited single occupancy available at a surcharge)

Includes:

Entrance fees: museums / boat trips in Luanda, Kalandula Waterfall, Gruta da Santa boat trip in the Lucira, Namibe Reserve / Desert and the Christo Rei Statue in Lubango, Meals: 12 breakfast, 9 lunches and 8 dinner, the Adventure Truck with 2 specialised guides and all camping equipment (tents and stretchers)

Excludes:

Travel insurance, visa fees, all flights, airport transfers, extra pre-post accommodation, porterage, meals not stated above, beverages and gratuities.  

Important Information:

• Luggage restriction is soft duffel bags of maximum 20kg.

• Please bring you own sleeping bag, pillow and towels

• We will be camping wild with no ablution facilities at times (Drifters mobile setup with toilet & bucket shower)

• English is not widely spoken, we will have a Portuguese local guide with us

• We are able to cater for vegetarians, but unfortunately not for any other special dietary requirements
